Our Stapler Style Splice Tool used with the brass shim clip frame/frameless. Ensures SMT component reels can be joined quickly and securely. The Stapler Style Splice Tool eliminates the handling of individual shims making splicing up to 10 times faster. Lock clamps are located at either end of the Splice Tool holding the leader tape in place making it easier to attached the bandolier brass shims.
Our Stapler Style SMT Splice Tool uses a cartridge style shim array comprising of 20 brass shims. The SMT splicing tool is manufactured to a high quality for repeat production use, enabling a quick and easy splicing action with an automatic positioning of the next in-line shim. See the picture below for cartridge shim loading.
