Our SMT Splice Tool (TL-50) made from stainless steel and has an ergonomic rubber handle for a soft comfortable grip. Locking clamps located at either end of the SMT Splice Tool ensures the Splice carrier tape can be held in place when joining with either a single brass shim or single splice tape with combined shim connector. This enables quick and easy splicing action reducing ASM Siplace(Siemens) machine downtime incured when component reel change overs happen.
